Our
project has been a remodel that included a build out that left
zero rooms unchanged. From the beginning, our experience with
McGowan Construction has been a dream. We trusted them completely,
having moved out during our construction. McGowan is a first
class, hands on contractor. 
We
were put in touch with McGowan Construction through mutual friends.
They remodeled our guest bathroom in 2005, it took seven days
from start to finish. While the work was ongoing the bathroom
area was kept clean and tidy and did not impinge on the rest
of the house. Not only did they do a great job, Mr. McGowan
put me in touch with some of his suppliers for the fixtures
and tile which made all the difference. We would highly recommend
them!! 
We
manage a number of commercial office buildings as well as apartment
complexes.

year my wife and I purchased an a apartment at Lauderdale By
The Sea….The apartment was old and in disrepair….Through
